As we abide by FIA regulations, we cannot pay out transactions if documents are outstanding. Keep all receipts for at least 3 years and take cardholder contact numbers, especially for larger transactions. Once activated you'll receive customer-area login details for transactions, reporting and settlements. Verify each transaction is approved for the correct amount before releasing goods — an SMS is not valid bank authorisation. Cardholders may dispute a transaction up to 6 months after processing.
